D and DP Deboners are designed to obtain a coarse ground deboned meat at optimum yield.

The specific design of the tools allows the lowest possible pressure on the raw material.

The adapted profile of the hopper and a low rotation preserve the raw material characteristics at their best.

A filter with 3 mm holes has been developed to produce a high quality ground meat whose technological performances are similar to minced meat or ground meat.

Specifically, DP/DSP deboners have been designed to separate coarse ground deboned meat/corarse textured meat from harder bones such as pig bones for instance.

 

The DS and DSP machines are dedicated to recover meat from bones in focusing on low calcium content at optimum yield to obtain a nice structured meat.

A filter with slots has been developed to produce a high quality structured meat whose technological performances are similar to minced meat or ground meat (to be declared according to national regulation).

 

The D/DS and DP/DSP range benefits also from the main advantages of LIMA equipment :
